In our WCS community we celebrate the birthday of our regulars by doing a Westy Jam. At this time we celebrated the birth day of Joan. Happy birth day Joan.
In a Westy Jam the celebrated person usually stay in the circle for the duration of one song and, rather than dance with one partner, he/she will swap partners many times throughout the song.
