In our WCS community we celebrate the birthday of our regulars by doing a Westie Jam. At this time we celebrated the birth day of Nicolas. Happy birth day Nicolas.

In a Westie Jam the celebrated person usually stay in the circle for the duration of one song and, rather than dance with one partner, he/she will swap partners many times throughout the song.

Happy Birth Day Dominique!!!

In our WCS community at Dance Conmigo, we celebrate a person's birth day by doing a westy circle. The DJ (Cheryl Williams) put a song and every one tries to get a dance withe the birthday person. We wish you many more years of dancing Dominque

When we are a dancer, we have an alternative life, a life where we share moments of joy, for laughter, of intimacy; a life in which we forget our worries and for short periods of time, we can be just happy. When we become dancers, we  take the conscious decision to be happy and worry free for three minutes at a time.
